Privacy

Propbench is run by Syna1, [address], CVR [number] (“we”). This page says what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in or ask for a quote. For shops on a paid plan, also a name and the company's billing details.
• What you enter in the calculators (boat, engine, gearbox, prop). It is used to give you the answer and, if you save it, kept with your account.
• For a quote request: your boat data and email, sent only to the shops you pick, only with your consent (the box is unticked until you tick it).

Cookies

Only cookies that are strictly necessary: the sign-in cookie and the security cookie that protects forms, and a small cookie that remembers which organisation you work in. No advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner.

Who processes it

• Hosting in the EU (Germany). Payments by Stripe: card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Email delivery by our email provider.
• We have data processing agreements with each of them.

How long

Your account data until you delete it. Invoices are kept for 5 years, as bookkeeping law requires.
